Barre is our signature exercise designed to life, tone, and tighten your target areas. As a Barre Intensity studio, our technique combines Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training. With a focus on small isolated movements to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and specialized sequencing, our goal is to maximize each exercise for a total body workout. Our studio offers two types of barre classes, barre and barre cardio. Both are music-driven and led by skilled instructors who offer several options based on your best level of fitness. Our barre experience is fun, engaging and effective. If you’ve yet never taken a barre class, try it for yourself! Our classes are open level, no experience required.

This full body workout encourages you to channel you inner champion with deep, concentrated movements and body sculpting stretches. Socks required. Barre B socks recommended!
