Participants are welcome to attend (1) or all (4) Mindfullness Sessions. Each Saturday starting March 4th, and continuing each Saturday on March 11th, 18th and 25th, we will offer an opportunity to: take a pre-assessment, cover details of the mindfulness plan, provide support, and answer any questions regarding the challenge.
During each session, you will be given an initial pre-assessment, a detailed outline of how to decrease unwanted body fat, and a comparative post-assessment.
On Saturday, March 25th at 11:00 am, we will hold our post-assessment. Everyone participating in the challenge MUST BE PRESENT for this session.
The participant that loses the most body fat percentage over the 4 week period will win a free unlimited monthly barre b membership and apparel!!!
